On the backdrop of the global economic crisis caused by the pandemic, Ukrainian farmers are already experiencing the first losses.
Thus, the shares of most of the leading agricultural holdings in Ukraine have dropped significantly. According to the investment company Eavex Capital, the capitalization of Ukrainian agro companies has decreased from 4.1% (“Ovostar Union”) to 28.3% (“Astarta–Kyiv”) for the period from March 5 to March 12.
