Ukraine Significantly Reduces Import of Pork

The import of pork (HS code 0203) into Ukraine in the last month of 2023 amounted to 345 tons, with a total value of $1.07 million.

This was reported by the "Swine Breeders of Ukraine" association.

It is noted that this volume is almost half less than the previous month and compared to December 2022.

"The total import of pork in 2023 amounted to 13 thousand tons, decreasing 3.6 times compared to the same indicator last year," the specialists concluded.
