"Ukrzaliznytsya" informed that all cargo transportation is scheduled

However, the restrictions apply only to passenger service.

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №215, since March 18, Ukrzaliznytsia suspends passenger transportation throughout the domestic traffic (suburban, urban, regional and distant) due to the quarantine introduced by the COVID-19 virus epidemy. Earlier, on March 17, Ukrzaliznytsia stopped the international passenger service, following the orders of the Cabinet of Ministers №288-p. The information was published on the official site of Ukrzaliznytsya.

However, the restrictions apply only to passenger service. International and domestic rail cargo transportation are performed according to the schedule.

Ukrzaliznytsia emphasizes that they will promptly inform about any possible changes in passenger and freight traffic.
